INDIVIDUAL PRICING
Entry Service;
To keep your home insurance valid, every so often somebody has to physically be inside of your house. This prevents the amount of damage that may happen down to a minimum. By having one of us enter your home and do a quick walk around of common space on each floor we can keep your home insurance active and if anything is going wrong we can stop it from getting worse. To maintain continuity, only 1 person will be tasked to this. This ensures full accountability to your home and possessions. With each entry, a picture will be taken with date and time stamp so you know we were actually there and you will be presented with this when you get home.
Cost -
$2.00 per day
Pet Care;
Have pets? No Problem. We can deal with that. To maintain continuity, only 1 person will be tasked to this. This ensures full accountability to your home and possessions.
Cost -
Fish, Bird or Reptile - $1.00 - Check on each day and feeding each day
Cat - $3.00 - Check on each day with food and water restock, litter box change every 2 days
Dog - $5.00 - Includes 2 check ons per day, feeding and walks. (restricted to weekends only)
Outdoor Service
Summer;
The Unsightly Premises By-Law is still in effect regardless of weather or not we as home owners are home. To keep your lawn looking good, let us know and we will do our best to keep it up to par.
Cost -
Mowing - $10.00 to $15.00 (depending on lawn size) offered once a week
Edge Trimming - $10.00 to $15.00 (depending on lawn size) offered once a week
Weeding of your Garden - $5.00 to $10.00 (Depending on Garden Size) offered as required
Watering Service - $2.00 per day offered every-other-day
Winter;
Going away in the winter can be fun. But the only thing worse then coming home to a winter climate is coming home to snow covered walkways. We will go to your home and clear your walkways and driveway for you so you can get into your home safely and with ease. If you'd like we will even put ice melter onto your paths to give them the extra clean.

Snow Removal - $15.00 to $20.00 (Depending on Driveway and Walkway Length)
Walk Way Salting - $5.00 to $10.00 (Depending on Driveway and Walkway Length) Salt Provided!

Pool Cleaning;
Got a pool you need cleaned while you are gone? We can handle that. Somebody will show up at your house and give it a skim, vacuum and even add your chemicals for you while you're gone. All you have to do is leave detailed instructions and we will take care of it for you.

Rent Collection / Payment;
Not going to be around to pay your rent? Leave us post dated cheques and we will make sure it gets deposited into the bank for you. All we need is the dates its due and a direct deposit slip for where its going with the financial institution and we'll take care of it.
Need to collect rent from your tenants? Easy enough. Set us up with a Direct Deposit Slip and make you sure you tell them. We will go there, collect the rent from them and deposit it into your bank account the same day.

Pre-Return Clean;
Did you leave in a hurry? We will make sure that you come home to a clean home. Sweep, Mop, Dust and a quick tidy up of the house 24 to 48 hours before you get in to make sure that its good to go for you.

This is the newest feature offered by Home Grown Home Care. If you feel that you are a Hoarder, or fear that you may turn into one, you are on the right track. We are able to come in and assist you with home cleaning and trash removal. Limited work is required from you part but dedication to the help is key. The services of this program are offered below.
